Jared L. Foti
Jared Foti was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar and joined the firm in 2010. He specializes in the defense of both state and federal workers’ compensation matters, including subrogation claims. His areas of practice also include maritime, oil and gas, products liability, automobile liability, commercial disputes, insurance defense, public entity defense and general civil litigation. Jared’s practice has included the representation of various healthcare facilities, drilling companies, oilfield service companies, public entities, insurers, and manufacturers. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana, as well as U.S. District Courts in the Western and Eastern Districts of Louisiana and the Southern District of Texas.
Jared graduated from Louisiana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences and obtained his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2009. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Lafayette Bar Association. In addition to his legal career, he is the owner/operator of a consulting company that specializes in herd management and artificial insemination of whitetail deer across the U.S., and is the general manager of an operating whitetail deer farm and scent business in South Louisiana.
